ORPHANS

Although we have seen that community placements can offer good provision at a low cost in some countries, it is not always possible if net work of extended families and village resources is totally overwhelmed, then institution help is the alternative. The principle of running such places are the same as for any other orphanage projects. It is good not to separate children who are orphans because of AIDS from those orphans by other events such as war, accidents, malaria...
